About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in a residential children's home setting. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic leadership to the care management team
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to vulnerable children
  • Collaborating with external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for each child
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote best practice
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of professionals in a residential children's home setting
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to vulnerable children
  • Collaborating with external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for each child
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote best practice
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in childcare or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable children
