We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Railway Operations and Maintenance to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our operations and maintenance functions, ensuring they are aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our operations and maintenance functions to ensure efficient and effective delivery of rail projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
Requirements
  • Degree or HNC/HND qualified in a relevant technical discipline.
