This critical role involves conducting thorough assessments of referrals, contacting vulnerable adults, and liaising with professional services to provide comprehensive support.

  • Develop and implement individualised plans to address the needs and risks of service users, prioritising their autonomy and independence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration, promoting seamless service delivery.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice to Enquiry Officers, ensuring timely and effective responses to service user needs.

About You

You must be a qualified Social Worker with experience in adult social care, possessing a strong passion for making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable adults.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, dependent on experience
