As a Community Home Helper at Home Instead, you will play a vital role in supporting older adults in their own homes.

Our part-time role is designed to provide companionship and assistance to those who need it most, while also promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:
  1. Offer companionship and conversation to our clients, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
  2. Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands.
  3. Provide personal care support, including help with dressing, bathing, and grooming.
  4. Promote physical activity and exercise, tailored to each client's needs and abilities.
  5. Support clients in managing their medication and maintaining mobility within their homes.
  6. Accompany clients to appointments and social events, providing transportation when necessary.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £9.20 - £11.00.
