Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at Appletree Court.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the Council buildings
  • Vacuuming, floor polishing, chemical cleaning of lavatories
  • Providing a safe working environment whilst handling chemicals, ensuring compliance with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Assessments
  • Ensuring all cleaning schedules are followed and checklists are completed
  • Cultivating good housekeeping principles to reduce utility consumption and carbon footprint
  • Performing manual scheduled and non-scheduled cleaning work as required
