We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor** **to join our team based in the New Forest**.** You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a salary of up to £35,000.00 per annum depending on experience.

**Key responsibilities of our HR Advisor**:

- Supporting the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining company HR policies and procedures ensuring they are compliant with recent employment legislation and that management are trained on how to implement them
- Responsible for managing and implementing the training and development agenda for the Collection including assisting in identifying any skills gaps
- Responsible for managing and implementing the group’s recruitment, selection and succession planning strategies
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of company salary structures
- Advise managers and staff on company benefits
- Responsible for managing complex employee relations issues including dispute resolution, disciplinary, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.
- Supply HR generalist knowledge to managers relating to employee relationship management and terms and conditions of employment.
- Responsible for the management of family leave policies.
- Responsible for keeping sickness records updated and managing Bradford factor scores, reporting to the Operations Director

**What we’re looking for in our ideal HR Advisor**:

- Studying or working towards their CIPD level 5 qualification is desired but not essential.
- Minimum GCSE (or equivalent qualification), grade ‘C’ or above in Maths and English
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- A good, confident telephone manner
- A willing team player who is organized and has a flexible working attitude
- Practical and confident approach to problem-solving
- Self-motivated and happy to work on own or as part of a team
