Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Stoneacre Motor Group. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff and franchise partners, resolving IT-related issues, and maintaining our company's IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to staff and franchise partners via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Support users in the use of company IT systems and provide training as needed
  • Perform system checks and work with external support providers to resolve issues
  • Perform hardware repairs and upgrades

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT field-based or 2nd line support
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work under own initiative and take personal responsibility for issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple priorities
  • Desirable: experience with Kerridge/ADP/CDK/Keyloop DMS and automotive industry experience
