Job Title: Transport Office Coordinator

MP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Transport Office Coordinator to assist the Office and Transport Manager in our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and record holiday requisitions and enter Weekly Agency Timesheets accurately and efficiently.
  • Raise Purchase Orders for various departments and monitor Stock Room levels to ensure optimal inventory management.
  • Handle telephone and email queries professionally and provide timely responses.
  • Update and maintain records and databases to ensure data integrity.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with stock management systems is essential.
