Job Title: Office Transport Coordinator

As a result of continuous business growth, our client is seeking an experienced Office and Transport Team Administrator to assist the Office and Transport Manager. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and transport team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and record holiday requisitions and enter Weekly Agency Timesheets.
  • Raise Purchase Orders for various departments and monitor Stock Room levels.
  • Handle telephone and email queries.
  • Update weekly transport and dispatch schedules in Excel.
  • Liaise with existing customers to manage transport bookings and requirements.
  • Liaise with own transport fleet and 3rd party providers.
  • Manage and track all fleet, 3rd party, and fuel costs.
  • Participate in transport spend tracking and internal reporting.
Essential Skills:
  • Minimum 2-year experience in an office and basic account (PL & SL).
  • Experience within an accounts office is an advantage.
  • Intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication both orally and in writing, with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to multitask, work on your own initiative with minimal supervision, and have a conscientious and thorough approach to work.
  • Flexible approach to work and willingness to undertake varied responsibilities, working alone or as part of a team.
Hours and Benefits:

Full-time hours per week, 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday (0.5 hour for lunch). Office-based only.
