About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to residents. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a visible point of contact, engaging with customers through various channels, including newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure residents are aware of works processes and communicate updates/changes accordingly.
  • Coordinate handover of keys to site teams and provide a high standard of customer aftercare.
  • Manage expectations between residents, the client, and our operations teams.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer who is a naturally excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. You will be resilient under pressure and understand the need for discretion and respect in a public-facing role.
