About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team. As an Independent Living Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless repairs and maintenance service to our communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Track and escalate repairs using digital systems to meet deadlines.
- Manage contractor visits and maintain clear communication to minimize disruptions.
- Knowledge in property maintenance or health and safety is preferred.
- Comfortable with using digital tools to track and escalate repair issues.
