About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join our Enhanced High Care team as a Ward Clerk - Patient Care Specialist.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills, with a strong commitment to high standards of service delivery.
Key responsibilities will include providing an efficient and effective outpatient reception and appointments service, with strict adherence to Trust protocols.
The post-holder will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of the outpatient appointment function on the Trust's computerised patient record system, actively participating in virtual receptionist processes and supporting the ongoing Outpatient Digitisation process.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong commitment to high standards of service delivery
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Computer literacy and understanding of Information Governance, Data Quality and Patient Confidentiality
