About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the lives of our residents, providing personalized care and support in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Salary and Package

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £11.90 per hour, along with an attractive package including:

  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, in line with their individual needs and preferences
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Encouraging social interaction and participation in leisure activities
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
Essential Qualities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a care or support setting, preferably within a residential care home
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Willingness to undergo comprehensive training and development
