Child Welfare Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Residential Child Welfare professional to join our team in our new home in Stoke-On-Trent.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in childcare and a proven ability to provide support and guidance to young people with complex needs.

Key Tasks:
  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  2. Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual care plans, promoting progress and well-being.
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support services.
  4. Participate in training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge.
Salary and Benefits:

This is a permanent full-time position, offering a competitive salary of £13.50-£14.00 per hour, plus a guaranteed £55.00 per sleep-in.

Working Hours:

You will be contracted to work 165 hours per month, with opportunities for sleep-ins when required.
