This role is part of a high-energy and creative L&D team, responsible for delivering learning and development initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Curate and administer content on the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring relevant pathways and content are allocated accurately.
* Support the creation and delivery of L&D sessions, including project managing program development under the direction of senior team members.
* Proactively manage the L&D team inbox, ensuring requests are dealt with quickly and effectively.
* Collaborate with the L&D Partners to ensure efficient administration and responsive support.

Requirements:

* Strong organization and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize own workload effectively.
* Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across the organization.
* Data measurement and analysis skills, using feedback surveys and internal reports and databases.
