About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Internal Sales Manager - Structural Building Solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the building products sector.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PREFERENCES
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our sales approach is aligned with customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the building products sector, preferably in a leadership role
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as business or engineering
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
