Building Products Sales Professional Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships with clients in the building products industry.
In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Additionally, you will identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to pursue them.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven sales experience in the building products sector and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through development and execution of sales strategies.
- Manage relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to pursue them.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:

Salary and Benefits:
$90,000 - $140,000 per annum, plus benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
