About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Assistant Engineer to join our Maintenance Team at Park Plaza London Park Royal. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance of our hotel buildings, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
  • Conduct regular spot checks of equipment to identify and address any potential issues.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to guests and colleagues, responding promptly and professionally to requests.
  • Manage maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve our hotel's goals and objectives.
  • Previous experience as a Shift Engineer or Assistant Engineer in a hotel or similar setting is essential.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £34,187 per annum.
  • Two wellness days per year, plus 30 days' holiday per year (pro rata), increasing with service.
