  2. Support individuals to develop life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting, to promote independence.
  3. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and services.
  4. Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting mental health and well-being.

Requirements

  • Experience working with adults with autism or similar conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and research.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
