Family Support Worker Leader

At Tudor Employment Agency, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Support Worker Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to lead our family support services and make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading our family support teams, providing guidance and support to staff, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of our service users.
In addition to your leadership skills, you will also provide direct support to children and young people, including play, activities, cooking, personal care, and engagement with the wider community. You will also be responsible for conducting health and safety checks, managing budgets, and completing risk assessments.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a children's home setting, supervisory experience, and a passion for helping nurture young people. A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
What We OfferAs a Family Support Worker Leader at Tudor Employment Agency, you can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 per year, plus sleep ins paid at an additional £60 per sleep. You will also receive funded training, a voucher scheme for bank holiday and festive period working, funded DBS and Update Service, and 28 days per year annual leave with incremental holiday increases after one year.
