Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Support Worker to join our team at Cartrefi Cymru Co. In this rewarding role, you will assist individuals with daily life activities and empower them to make their own choices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support individuals in carrying out household tasks, promoting independence and confidence through tailored support plans.
  2. Deliver intimate personal care with dignity and respect, prioritizing individual needs and preferences.
  3. Utilize basic computer skills for record-keeping and information retrieval, ensuring accurate data management and confidentiality.
  4. Promote creativity and organization in support planning and delivery, enhancing the overall quality of life for our service users.
  5. Transport individuals safely and efficiently, utilizing a valid driving license and reliable vehicle, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Benefits: 25 days annual leave, flexible shift patterns, opportunities for qualifications, pension scheme, employee assistance programme.

Salary: £32,500 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience), providing a competitive salary that reflects your skills and dedication.
