">Countrywide is seeking a seasoned professional to join its Senior Management Team as a Regional Sales Manager in East Kent. This exciting opportunity presents a unique chance to lead and oversee the management of lettings branches and colleagues within the region.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving engagement and collaboration amongst their teams to meet and exceed performance and financial targets set. They will work closely with the Lettings Area Director to ensure optimal performance across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, develop, and effectively manage all employees to ensure optimal performance across the board;
- Ensure employee engagement is maximised through action planning, pro-active recruitment, minimising attrition, and driving retention of teams;
- Manage, monitor, and report on the region's performance against agreed key financial business indicators on the region's P&L and against set performance metrics to ensure delivery of income targets;
- Take appropriate action with branches trading at a loss or below budget;
- Grow market share significantly by adopting pro-active working processes and identifying business growth opportunities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced and demanding environments. They must have been a valued member of high-performing teams within a highly customer-centric service or retail industry environment. Proven ability to influence, shape, and lead significant change is essential, along with inspirational leadership ability, approachability, and humility. High levels of P&L accountability and commercial exposure are also required.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is approximately £70,000+ per annum, inclusive of a competitive basic salary and substantial OTE. A company car and generous staff benefits are also included.
