Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HR People Partner to join our team at Unilever. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global FMCG leader, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple.

As a key member of our Human Resources function, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our line managers and employees across the UK, ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Providing expert guidance on employee relations and case management, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and absence management.
  • Supporting line managers in managing ER casework activity, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR policies.
  • Ensuring consistency in the application of HR policies and practices across all client groups and the Company.
  • Providing operational support on matters related to performance improvement, family leave, flexible working, collective and individual consultation, redundancy processes, etc.


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Extensive experience in employee relations and case management.
  • An advanced knowledge of UK employment laws and best practices in ER casework activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with line managers and employees.


What We Offer
