Job Description:

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with the wider HR team and senior management to support the delivery of the strategic people agenda.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business area management teams to influence the development and delivery of the people strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships and expectations to provide proactive, commercially sound insights and flexible solutions to address HR challenges.
  • Advising and coaching managers through employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, and capability matters.
  • SUPPORTING THE EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF CHANGE MANAGEMENT INITIATIVES.
  • Understanding and applying the company's approach to compensation.
  • Creating and contributing to Policy and Process development.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a mid-sized Financial Services organisation as a Senior HR Business Partner (10+ years).

A strong commercial and business acumen, expertise leading on change management, organisational design and development, and a clear understanding of UK employment law are essential requirements.
