Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Services Coordinator, working closely with service users, their families, and health providers to ensure seamless delivery and installation of medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Communication: You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and queries, providing timely and effective responses.
- Delivery Coordination: You will book delivery rounds in advance for Technicians and Service Engineers, ensuring efficient coordination.
- Client Support: You will provide exceptional support to service users, their families, and health providers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer service and IT proficiency.
- Qualifications: Some experience in a customer service-focused role within a similar industry is desirable.
- Salary: £23,920 per annum
- Holiday Entitlement: 29 days moving to a maximum of 33 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
