We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Specialist to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing current and prospective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

About the Role
  • This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to align the buying strategy with customer needs and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal prices and service levels.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining supplier contractual obligations and monitoring KPIs and forecast trends.
About You
  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have a background in distribution, wholesale or FMCG and experience in procurement and commercial strategy.
  • You will also need to have strong stakeholder management skills, effective negotiation skills and the ability to set SLAs.
  • Advanced forecasting abilities are also essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum. Please apply if you have the necessary skills and experience.
