Strategic Deal Execution Lead

Alexander Ash Consulting is seeking an accomplished Strategic Deal Execution Lead to drive the successful execution of mergers and acquisitions deals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex M&A projects, with a focus on integration, separation, divestment, or carve-out processes.
Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing M&A playbooks, communication plans, and synergy reports, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration process.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
