About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of special needs education and care. As an OT Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and delivering therapeutic services to individuals with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and developmental trauma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement OT-specific therapeutic services to meet the needs of individuals with varying levels of functioning
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic support to individuals and their families
  • Collect and analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work
  • Contribute to the development of the service, with opportunities for career growth and progression
Requirements
  • Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification
  • Experience working with adults and/or children with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, including complex trauma and mental health needs
  • Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience, with a focus on adult services
  • Full valid UK driving license and access to a car
  • Skills in data management and analysis
