About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Thornford Park Hospital. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and other MDT staff in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual care plans.
  • Support service users to achieve their goals and access appropriate services.
  • Maintain adequate records, entering details in the service user healthcare records.

Requirements

  • GCSE/O-Levels (A-C) or a relevant NVQ2.
  • Experience in a similar environment & Mental Health.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.

Thornford Park Hospital is a combination of medium secure and low secure units and rehabilitation flats. We provide a seamless internal care pathway supporting and empowering patients in their recovery and rehabilitation.
