We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Phoenix Learning & Care Group. As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapy services to our pupils with neurodiverse needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and create personalized therapy programs for pupils with neurodiverse needs.
- Work collaboratively with the integrated therapy team, including Speech and Language Therapists and Creative Art Therapists.
- Design and deliver training and mentoring programs for colleagues to enhance the Occupational Therapy offering within our specialist college.
- Post-graduate qualification in Occupational Therapy with a specialization in Sensory Integration and Processing.
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist and RCOT Membership.
- Significant experience as an Occupational Therapist, with a proven track record of working with neurodiverse populations.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- A full driving license, with the ability to travel to other sites as required.
