About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team at Thornford Park Hospital. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver structured activities and assist in the planning of individual and group therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support service users to achieve their goals and access appropriate services.
  • Assist Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and other MDT staff in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual care plans.
  • Maintain adequate records, entering details in the service user healthcare records.

Requirements

  • GCSE/O-Levels (A-C) or a relevant NVQ2.
  • Experience in a similar environment and mental health.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
