Farm Regional Business Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Manager to join our Farm Division in Northern Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing our Northern Ireland practices and driving business growth through innovative and forward-thinking approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive sales and revenue growth across our Northern Ireland practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buying groups, and industry stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Lead a team of sales and administrative professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role, preferably in the agricultural or veterinary industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team of sales and administrative professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
