Farm Regional Business Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Manager to join our Farm Division in Northern Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and administrative functions of our practices, with a focus on building our CVS Farm Vets NI brand and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a broad ranging view of the farming and veterinary industries, identifying new opportunities to grow and improve our service and sales provision.
  • Develop and implement a coordinated sales approach across all sites, focusing on preventative medicines and a proactive approach to improving livestock health and production.
  • Build relationships with outside stakeholders, including clients, buying groups, suppliers, and industry bodies, to develop opportunities across the vet and agri-industries.
  • Manage a regional approach to Advanced Breeding, TB Testing, and Veterinary Consultancy Services, to best utilize the skills and knowledge held across all our teams.
  • Actively engage with our teams to drive performance and change, while building great working relationships.
Requirements
  • A passion for the agricultural industry and the people involved in it.
  • Enthusiasm for understanding the veterinary environment, the products and services we offer, and the changing nature of competition between practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build great working relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage budgets and achieve sales targets.
  • Able to work in all our 8 practice sites across Armagh, Tyrone, and Fermanagh.
