Farm Regional Business Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Manager to join our Farm Division in Northern Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing our Northern Ireland practices and driving business growth through innovative and forward-thinking approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive sales and revenue growth across our Northern Ireland practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buying groups, and industry stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage and coordinate sales efforts across all sites, focusing on preventative medicines and proactive approaches to improving livestock health and production.
  • Coordinate regional approaches to advanced breeding, TB testing, and veterinary consultancy services to maximize the skills and knowledge of our teams.
  • Actively engage with external stakeholders to build relationships and develop opportunities across the veterinary and agricultural industries.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior business development or management role within the veterinary or agricultural industries.
  • Strong understanding of the farming and veterinary industries, including market trends and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on driving business growth and improving performance.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
