Job Title: Collections Agent

Merje is seeking an experienced Collections Agent to join their team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading High Court Enforcement Office, specializing in enforcement of judgment debt, Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery, and enforcement of Orders for Possession.

About the Role

As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for managing daily workloads, chasing arrangements, and ensuring file accuracy. This role offers a competitive salary, company pension, and various benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily workload and chase arrangements
  • Review files continuously to ensure accuracy
  • Handle customer complaints and vulnerability calls
  • Prepare client reports and raise invoices
