At Executive Connect LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Credit Collections Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our credit management team, you will be responsible for recovering all funds invoiced to clients within the terms and conditions set by the company and within the boundaries of the policies set by the company and within the law of the land.
Key Responsibilities:- Recover all funds invoiced to clients within the terms and conditions set by the company and within the boundaries of the policies set by the company and within the law of the land.
- Reduce the DSO and aging provisions in place to optimize cash flow and profit for each entity within your remit.
- Manage the reduction and allocation of payment and credit notes on ledgers.
- Consult with customers to resolve complaints and verify financial and credit transactions.
- Assist in financial analysis of credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved and extend credit facilities accordingly.
- Release orders daily and assist in the assessment and decision making on release of orders on delinquent or disputed accounts.
- Process court papers and documentation within the European Court system.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Standard efficiency with Numeracy and English Literacy.
- Attitude toward credit management.
- Minimum standard confirmed by Credit Services Standard testing.
