Care Home Manager - Brook House

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Care Home Manager to lead our Brook House Residential Care Home in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Brook House is a small, friendly care home with a bright and welcoming setting. We offer residential, dementia, end of life, and respite care, and we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

As the Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals, including a Deputy Manager, Home Administrator, and Ancillary teams. You will work closely with our Regional Operations Director and Regional Team to ensure the smooth operation of the care home.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £42,000 per annum (pro rata) and a range of benefits, including:

Up to 42k per annum Pro rata (based on 45 hours per week)

We are looking for a candidate with:

Experience within a nursing/care home setting for older people

Experience supervising/leading a team

Level 5 management in Health & Social Care, working towards or planning to study

Sound knowledge and working practice of CQC Regulations and legislation

Excellent organisations and planning skills

Strong communication skills and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders

Development and supervision of staff teams

Experience with rostering and staffing levels - controlling agency use and budgets
