About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Estates Team as a Financial Support Officer. As a key member of the team, you will provide financial support to the Senior Asset Manager and other team members, ensuring the effective management of operations and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and analyze financial information to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  2. Support the Senior Asset Manager and Senior Accounts Officer with financial analysis and advice.
  3. Review and challenge contract summary information to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  4. Provide advice and guidance to team members on financial matters.
  5. Maintain allocated major supplier accounts and ensure timely payment.
  6. Support the team in producing monthly debt reports and identifying areas for improvement.
About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual with excellent numeracy and written skills. You will be comfortable using IT systems and have good time management skills. As a team player, you will be able to work effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
