Key Responsibilities
  • Authenticate and value luxury handbags and accessories, both in person and online.
  • Provide expert condition reports and additional media as needed to potential buyers via telephone, email, and in-person.
  • Supervise and support the Handbag and Accessories Assistant, ensuring smooth departmental operations.
  • Ensure the department complies with all legal requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of designer brands and current market trends.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels.
  • Keen awareness of the fashion industry and market trends.
  • Personable and proactive with a 'can do' attitude, taking pride in the quality of work.
