Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a passionate and personable communicator to join our Telephone Engagement team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing our relationship and engagement with supporters, primarily through telephone and non-face-to-face communications.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with supporters, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize active listening skills to understand supporter needs and preferences, and tailor communication approaches accordingly.
- Confidently solicit financial support from supporters, while also promoting our organization's mission and impact.
- Meet and exceed income targets, demonstrating a strong ability to drive results and achieve goals.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to engage and retain supporters, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with supporters.
- Strong data entry and IT skills, with experience using CRM systems and other software applications.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate supporter needs.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
