Key Responsibilities

- Confidently solicit financial support from supporters, while also promoting our organization's mission and impact.
- Meet and exceed income targets, demonstrating a strong ability to drive results and achieve goals.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to engage and retain supporters, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with supporters.
- Strong data entry and IT skills, with experience using CRM systems and other software applications.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate supporter needs.
