Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a passionate and personable communicator to join our Telephone Engagement team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing our relationship and engagement with supporters, primarily through telephone and non-face-to-face communications.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain positive relationships with supporters through regular telephone contact
- Utilize excellent verbal communication skills to influence and encourage others to support our mission
- Meet and exceed income targets through effective relationship-building and financial support
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supporter engagement and retention
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in data entry and IT systems
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends
