We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at Macfarlane Packaging. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales administration and customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer queries and orders while maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Develop existing accounts by identifying and seizing opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Deal with incoming customer queries and provide advice and solutions.
  • Undertake outbound activity to identify and target new customers.
  • Work closely with and support the external sales team.
