About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated primary teacher to join our team at Avanti Fields School.

As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students, promoting their learning and progress, and contributing to the development of our curriculum.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lessons, prepare teaching materials, and ensure high standards of literacy and student progress.
  • Use assessment data to monitor student progress, set targets, and plan effective lessons.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and communicate effectively with parents and external bodies.
Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Flexible working opportunities and eligibility for a teacher pension scheme (subject to eligibility).
  • Eligible for NUS Card and CSSC membership, as well as access to well-being programs and other benefits.
