We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Disabilities Coordinator to join our team and take on a leadership role in delivering high-quality care to children with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and support to provide excellent care.
  • Work closely with other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our services and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the well-being and development of our service users.
