About the Project

This is a temporary opportunity for an experienced chef de partie or sous chef to work on a Contract Catering project. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to staff in a busy canteen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a chef de partie or sous chef
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Up-to-date Food Hygiene and Allergen training
  • Attention to cleanliness and precision-focused cooking
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Contract Catering
  • NVQ level 2 Diploma in culinary arts or higher
Salary and Benefits
  • Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
