This part-time position involves working closely with Clinical, Hospitality & Business leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient complaint and grievance processes to ensure timely resolution.
  • Analyze patient feedback data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address patient concerns and improve overall patient experience.
  • Collaborate with community-based organizations to provide support services to patients.
  • Supervise medical interpreters and support the Chaplaincy team.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

We require a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1-3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze complex data, and a passion for patient-centered care.
