About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Patient Experience Advisor to join our team at Care New England Health System. In this critical position, you will work closely with department managers and senior leaders to analyze patient feedback data and develop associated action plans.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate the hospital's patient complaint and grievance processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Collaborate with community-based organizations to provide support services to patients.
  3. Supervise medical interpreters and support the Chaplaincy team.
