Hospitality Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team at Genting Casinos. As a key member of our hospitality department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the hospitality operation, including front and back of house services.
- Work closely with the General Manager to achieve operational objectives and budgetary targets.
- Ensure all employees deliver a high standard of customer service, adhering to company standards, food hygiene procedures, and legislation.
- Develop and motivate your team, providing ongoing training and support.
- Maintain a high standard of hospitality equipment, presentation, and overall ambience.
- Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
