About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Mecca Bingo. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the food and beverage operation within the venue, including bar and restaurant operations.
- Lead a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a fun and memorable experience for our guests.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
